Spiral Fluted Taps
The difference between the spiral wire tap and the general hand tapping is that the ordinary hand taps the groove into a straight line, and the spiral tap is a spiral type. When the spiral wire tapping is tapping, with the spiral rotation of the spiral groove, the iron scrap can be easily discharged outside the hole, so as to prevent the iron filings from remaining or clogging in the groove, causing the wire to break and break the blade portion, so that it can grow. The life of the wire tapping and the cutting of the highest precision thread. Spiral tapping is suitable for cutting high toughness materials, and is not suitable for scraping materials such as cast iron.
